🍄 Paddy Straw Mushrooms

📝 Ingredients:

- Paddy Straw Mushrooms – 400 grams
- Sun-dried Mango – 2 pieces
- Tomato – 1 piece (chopped)
- Onion – 1 piece (chopped)
- Fenugreek – 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric – ½ teaspoon
- Chilli – ½ teaspoon
- Mustard – 1 teaspoon
- Cumin – 1 teaspoon
- Garlic cloves – 4-5 pieces
- Dried chillies – 3-4 pieces
- Turmeric – ½ teaspoon
- Salt – as per taste
- Water – as per requirement
- Mustard oil – 2 teaspoons
- Coriander leaves – for garnish

🧄 Mustard for butter or paste ->

- Mustard – 1 tsp
- Cumin – 1 tsp
- Dried chillies – 2 pcs
- Garlic cloves – 4-5 pcs
- Water – As required to make a paste

👩‍🍳 Preparation process ->

1. Preparation of the sauce -> Wash the sauce well, add turmeric powder and salt and keep it for 10 minutes. Then wash and squeeze out the excess water.

2. Besar Bata -> Soak the mustard, cumin, dried chillies and garlic together, add water once and make a paste.

3. Preparation of the curry -> Heat the mustard oil in a pan, let it boil for five minutes. Add the onion and fry until it turns golden brown.

4. Fry the spices -> Add tomatoes, turmeric and chillies and fry well.

5. Seasoning -> Add the seasoning and fry for 2-3 minutes.

6. Add the beeswax or paste -> Mix the previously beaten beeswax paste well.

7. Add water and ampoules -> Add water and ampoules as required and cook for 10-15 minutes on low heat or on a grill.

8. The delicious pal chatu beeswax is ready.

Now garnish it with coriander leaves.
