Dahi Baigana Recipe

  - 2 large eggplants
  - 1 cup curd (dahi)
  - 1/2 cup mustard oil
  - 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  - 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  - 5 to 7 curry leaves
  - 2 dried red chillis
  - Salt to taste

Preparation Instructions 
 
  1. Shallow fry brinjals in oil till golden brown.
  2. Mix curd with salt.
