Ingredients :

  - 1 ripe or semi ripe pineapple, chopped
  - 1 cup sugar / jaggery powder 
  - 2 cup water
  - 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  - 1 tsp salt (as per ur teste)
  - 1 tsp Panchufutana 
  - 5 to 7 curry leaves 
  - 2 dried red chilli
  - 2 tablespoons oil

Preparation instructions:

  1. Heat water, add jaggery powder till dissolved.
  2. Add chopped pineapple, cardamom powder, salt
  3. Simmer till syrup thickens.

4. Heat oil in pan
5. Add mustard seeds + cumin seeds (Panchufutana) (jhunka seasoning)
6. Add dried red chilli + curry leaves
7. Heat oil, add Panchufutana
8. Add dried red chilli+curry leaves.
9. Pour over Pineapple Khata.
